Boys Arms and Legs do not grow at the same speed!
Arms grow - Then legs grow - Then Arms grow again!
Where your boy is in his development determines his suit size.
He may be an 8 on top and only a 6 or 7 in his pants. This developmental dilemma is most pronounced in sizes 8-12.
When they are younger we see boys wearing pretty much the same size top and bottom. But you always check!
